  5. EASY run – 60-90s slower than your tempo run pace

  6. Swimming – again, keeping your max HR near 50-60%

  7. Light hiking – same, same. Max HR 50-60%

  8. Physical Rest – ice bath, Dry needling, massage, acupuncture
